We are very excited about Dinner at SK, our brand new evening offering in Chiswick.

Our Head Chef Abbie has already done an incredible job with our breakfast and brunches and also the launch of our sell out Smash Burgers in Hammersmith.

Now following a series of Supper Clubs in Chiswick over the summer, it only feels right to give Abbie a permanent residency to showcase her fabulous cooking and a chance for us to take a slight change in restaurant offering. We will be serving a weekly changing 3 course set menu, highlighting the very best of seasonal produce available. It is a very intimate dining space with only 35 seats and so different from the larger brasserie spaces of Sam’s Riverside or Sam’s Waterside.

Alongside creating incredible new dishes for you to try, the team have been working on special Autumn cocktails especially for Dinner at SK and Sam has been having great fun putting the wine list together, which will include weekly wine pairings.

MEET ABBIE HENDREN

Head Chef Abbie Hendren, has been part of the Sam’s team for the last year and I am very proud to have her heading up the Dinner at SK kitchen. Before joining us, Abbie was Sous Chef at The Glasshouse in Kew, La Trompette in Chiswick and The Petersham Hotel in Richmond. Abbie & her team are cooking some stunning food out of our little kitchen and I am very excited to see the menu further develop over the next few weeks and months.

You can expect carefully crafted dishes using the best British ingredients, including Portland Crab, Scottish Steelhead Trout, Windsor Estate Venison, Cornish Sole, and Aged Hereford Beef Rib Cap.
